Peter Royce MBBS (Monash), FRACS, FACS

Dr Peter Royce is Director of Urology, Alfred Health, Senior Consultant Urologic Surgeon at The Alfred and Cabrini hospitals in Melbourne and Honorary Senior Lecturer, Department of Surgery, Monash University.

He trained in Surgery/Urology in Melbourne and was awarded FRACS (Urology) in 1986. He then completed postgraduate training as Clinical Fellow in Urology at The University of California, Los Angeles USA, and was awarded Fellow American College Surgeons 1993.

He has been in Urology practice for 20 years, and is co-founder of the Melbourne Prostate Institute/Brachytherapy Prostate Cancer Clinic at The Alfred, Melbourne.

Dr Royce has extensive experience with radical prostatectomy, prostate brachytherapy and high intensity focused ultrasound for the treatment of localised prostate cancer.

He has published articles in peer reviewed Urology journals and presented at numerous scientific meetings and forums, both in Australia and internationally.

He was chairman of the Curriculum Review for the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand surgical training programme and is a member of Andrology Australia Management Group.

Dennis King BHB, MBChB, FRACS

Dr Dennis King is a consultant Urologic Surgeon based at Cabrini Private and Epworth Eastern Hospital and Eastern Health in Melbourne.

He  trained in Urologic surgery in New Zealand and Australia. He was awarded a Fellowship in Urology from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeon in 2002 and full membership of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand.

Further post fellowship training was undertaken with a urological cancer fellowship in Oxford (England) in 2000 and a laparoscopic surgical fellowship in Basingstoke (England) 2001 and then training in robotic surgery in  Los Angeles (USA).

Dennis King has an extensive experience with Robotic assisted radical prostatectomy and laparoscopic renal surgery with one of the largest experiences in Australia . He has published, presented and mentored other Surgeons for these procedures.

Rosemary Watson RN

Rosemay is an Oncology Nurse consultant with extensive experience in the oncology department at Cabrini Hospital. She has a special interest in patients with prostate and bladder  cancer. Her role involves pre and post operative patient counselling, surgical aftercare and has a special interest in bladder cancer therapy. 

Simone Brock RN

Simone is a Urology Nurse consultant with over 10 years experience. She has a special interest in incontinence, pelvic floor rehabilitation and bladder retraining and the management of erectile dysfunction.
